# Digital Marketing Manager

Digital Marketing Manager Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm On-site | Permanent position Lead Digital Strategy. Build Stronger Customer Engagement. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and development of our digital marketing activity. You’ll oversee campaigns across digital channels, work with internal teams on content and customer engagement, monitor performance, and use data to identify opportunities for improvement. This role is suited to someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives Lead campaigns across email, social media, search, website, and other digital channels Oversee digital content planning, campaign calendars, and channel activity Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and digital metrics Use insights to refine campaigns, improve engagement, and identify new opportunities Coordinate with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams on digital initiatives Manage website content, email marketing activity, and digital communications Research market trends, competitors, audiences, and emerging digital opportunities Establish and monitor campaign KPIs, reporting progress and recommendations to stakeholders Manage digital marketing budgets, resources, and external partners where required Ensure brand consistency across digital channels and customer touchpoints Test new approaches, platforms, and campaigns to improve digital performance Qualifications Previous experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, marketing management, e-commerce, communications, or a related field is preferred. We’re looking for someone with: Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and campaign strategy Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data Excellent written and verbal communication Experience with analytics, CRM, email marketing, social media, or digital advertising platforms Strong project and budget management abilities Ability to translate data and customer insights into practical marketing decisions Confidence working with internal teams, creative partners, and stakeholders Strong understanding of customer journeys and digital engagement Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining campaign quality Ready to Lead Digital Growth?
