Team Sports Merchandiser

Join New Balance Türkiye We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and commercially minded Team Sports Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating local apparel and sportswear production across relevant Team Sports categories. Working closely with Sales, Product, and local textile manufacturing partners, you will manage the merchandising and production process from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with seasonal timelines, commercial priorities, and business requirements. Responsibilities Drive and coordinate local production activities across relevant Team Sports and sportswear categories, working closely with the Sales team to increase local apparel production volume and develop new business opportunities. Lead the planning and follow-up of local production processes, ensuring alignment with seasonal timelines, commercial priorities, and business requirements. Monitor production and embellishment processes with approved local textile manufacturers to ensure timely execution and delivery. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and local textile manufacturing partners to ensure smooth coordination throughout the production lifecycle. Proactively identify potential production risks and delays and take the necessary actions to ensure timely delivery. Qualifications 3–5 years of relevant experience in production planning, merchandising, sourcing, textile, or a similar role within the apparel or sportswear industry. Strong understanding of local production processes and manufacturing operations. Strong planning, organizational, and follow-up skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
