We are currently seeking a talented “Global Process Development Engineer” to join our dynamic “Global Production” team. Based at our “ Headquarters ” in “ Kocaeli ”, this role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group “ Global ”. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 2 years of experience preferably in project management and project realisiation,maintenance or production, Preferably worked in tissue plants, Preferably having knowledge and ability about problem solving methods, Effectively using MS Office and Autocad programs, knowledge of SAP and MS Projects are preferred, Fluency in English both written and spoken, Analytical, result oriented, team player and good communication skills, Living in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli, No restriction to travel, No military obligation for male candidates. Job Descriptions Conduct technical studies with machinery, equipment, and technology suppliers to identify and implement appropriate solutions for process development and improvement needs. Evaluate and compare alternative technical solutions and suppliers based on technical capabilities, process suitability, performance, and cost-effectiveness. Prepare and present technical comparison and evaluation reports for proposed process development solutions to relevant stakeholders. Coordinate production trials, commissioning, and start-up activities for new or modified processes, machinery, and equipment, ensuring their successful implementation in production. Monitor and resolve technical issues and process deficiencies within the scope of responsibility, ensuring root causes are identified and appropriate corrective actions are effectively implemented.
