We're looking for a motivated and analytical Spare Parts & Supply Chain – Project Engineer & Long Term Intern to join our team and support critical supply chain operations. 🔍 Who We Are At Token Financial Technologies, we lead Turkey's fintech revolution, empowering over 800,000 users and handling nearly 4 million transactions daily. As part of Koç Holding and partnering with Beko, we're a team of innovators dedicated to driving progress and making a real impact in the financial world. ✨ What You'll Be Rocking Monitor and analyze spare parts inventory levels regularly. Analyze inventory requirements, consumption rates, and stock turnover performance. Support decision-making processes regarding excess inventory, critical stock levels, and product availability. Execute inventory, material, and purchase order transactions through SAP. Coordinate rework operations with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution. Track shipment, return, refurbishment, and restocking processes of spare parts. Prepare inventory, supply chain, and operational reports for management. Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize spare parts and supply chain processes. 🎯 The Perfect Fit Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Experience with SAP or willingness to learn SAP systems. Proficient in MS Excel, particularly in data analysis and reporting. Strong interest in inventory management, procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing operations. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and engineering documents. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. Good command of written and spoken English.
