Job Category: Supply Chain Job Family: Warehousing & Distribution Work Shift: Job Description: We are looking for Warehouse/ Forklift Operators to join our team! At West Bend, we specialize in cream cheese – that meet our customers’ needs and appeal to consumer tastes worldwide. Rate of Pay: Up to $28.01 per hour based on experience. Shift premium of $1.00 per hour for second shift and $2.00 per hour for third shift. $2,000 sign on bonus, paid in the first year, based on good employment standing for 3rd shift full-time positions. Shift/Schedule: 1st Shift (6 am to 2 pm) 2nd Shift (2 pm to 10 pm) 3rd Shift (10 pm to 6 am) Overtime is expected and weekend work is common. Overtime is paid on 8+ hours in a day, time and half paid on Saturday and double time paid on Sundays. Work week also includes a guaranteed 40 hours.
