# Route Sales Associate

Quick Look Pay: $64,000 Annual Target Location: Sheridan, WY Work Days: Sun/Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat Start Time: 4am End Time: When work is complete Minimum Qualifications 21 years of age or older Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them. What You’ll Do Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed) Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided) Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives What To Expect On-the-Job Training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift Health & Lifestyle Benefits: As a full‑time team member, you’ll be supported with competitive pay, meaningful benefits, and opportunities to grow a long‑term career at PepsiCo.
