Inside Sales & Customer Accounts Coordinator

Rock Springs Winnelson is a wholesale distributor serving plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, and pump customers across southwest Wyoming. We’re looking for a customer-focused, organized person to help contractors and commercial customers with orders, quotes, special orders, and account questions. You’ll work closely with customers, the warehouse, delivery staff, and outside sales. We’ll train you on our products and systems.  What you’ll do Take and enter customer orders by phone, email, and in person Answer product and order questions and provide pricing within established guidelines Prepare routine quotes and follow up on open quotes and customer requests Coordinate special orders and help track them through delivery Follow up on open orders, will-call items, and customer questions Support invoicing and routine accounts-receivable follow-up Keep customer, order, and account records accurate Coordinate with the warehouse, delivery staff, and outside sales to resolve customer needs Flag order, pricing, account, or delivery issues early Learn and use our inventory, pricing, and order-entry systems Help with other office tasks that keep the branch running Skills & qualifications Strong customer-service and communication skills, by phone, email, and in person Careful, accurate work and dependable follow-through Able to organize and manage several customer requests at once Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems Willingness to learn our product lines and build product knowledge Plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, industrial supply, or wholesale distribution experience preferred Previous inside sales, counter sales, customer service, or related administrative experience helpful Successful background check required Schedule Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Occasional additional hours may be needed based on workload.
