# Assistant Restaurant Manager

TooJay's Deli - Bakery - Restaurant

    Our managers train and develop team members to deliver our high quality food and amazing guest experience.  They provide the leadership that creates an environment for individuals to grow professionally and personally, as well as for the restaurant to grow financially.  This Assistant Restaurant Manager role reports to the General Manager and is located on Compass Way in Dania Beach. •    High school diploma and 1-2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant or related field
•    Current Manager ServSafe Certification or willing to obtain by end of training period
•    Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance and a driving history acceptable to the company
•    Flexible and long hours required at times
•    Able to stand during entire shift, exerting up to 50 pounds as needed
•    Capable to maneuver throughout the dining and kitchen area throughout the shift
•    Able to operate all front and back office computer systems and all office, cleaning, cooking and food preparation equipment
