About the Role We are hiring an Executive Assistant to work directly with a co-founder, managing scheduling, communication, and day-to-day operations. This is a high-trust role for someone with exceptional organizational and execution ability. What You'll Do Manage the co-founder's calendar, travel, and priorities. Track commitments and follow-ups from meetings and ensure they are completed on time. Draft and manage correspondence with customers and partners in Turkish and English. Prepare briefing materials, documents, and logistics for meetings, trips, and events. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Qualifications Exceptional execution and organizational ability; you deliver reliably and nothing falls through the cracks. Full professional fluency in Turkish and English, written and spoken. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage shifting priorities. Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
