Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse

Med Surg Registered Nurse Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across medical-surgical units for adult patients with acute and chronic conditions. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, administer medications, and ensure safe, compliant practice. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and serve as a clinical resource to support effective treatment and discharge planning. Key Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Deliver and evaluate nursing interventions for a variety of medical-surgical needs. Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and families to support understanding and self-management. Maintain documentation and adhere to clinical and compliance standards. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure. Experience or strong foundation in adult medical-surgical nursing. Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and patient assessment skills.
