SOA Developer required for State of Oregon.

Role: SOA Developer Duration: 6 months project Required important skills: SOA 9 yrs (min) and XML 9yrs (Min) Contractor must work on-site. Responsible for the planning and engineering of an organization's systems infrastructure. Includes the implementation and design of hardware and software. Monitors the performance of systems. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 8 years or more of experience in the field or in a related area. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor or specialist. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Specific Tasks include: Expert technical consultation and guidance in the selection, design and implementation of complex enterprise solutions. Participate in an assessment of the current configuration of the environment, and work with existing staff to develop long term Operational support activities for the Oracle SOA systems/solutions. Perform an assessment of solutions/services. Develop a definition of support requirements. Create a technology roadmap to include an enterprise service registry.
