# Senior Designer - Boys

Fourth Floor

Our client, an apparel company, is looking for a Senior Boys' Apparel Designer to join their team in NYC! Responsibilities Lead the design and development of seasonal toddler boys’ apparel collections from concept through final product, ensuring alignment with brand direction and customer needs. Research market trends, color, fabrics, graphics, and competitive product to develop fresh, commercial, and age-appropriate concepts for the toddler boys’ customer. Create seasonal concepts, mood boards, color palettes, sketches, and presentations, translating trend direction into cohesive collections. Partner closely with Merchandising, Product Development, Technical Design, Sourcing, and Production teams to ensure designs are commercially viable and meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Review samples and provide detailed design feedback throughout the development process, ensuring the final product reflects the intended aesthetic and design direction. Qualifications 5+ years of apparel design experience with a strong background in toddler boys’ or boys’ apparel. Strong understanding of the toddler boys’ market, including age-appropriate silhouettes, graphics, color, fabrication, and commercial trends. Proven ability to develop cohesive seasonal collections from concept through production in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with excellent technical sketching and presentation skills. Creative, collaborative, and highly organized with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
