Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) — Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit Provide comprehensive post-acute nursing care to patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and other complex conditions. Perform patient assessments and ongoing monitoring. Administer medications and deliver evidence-based nursing interventions. Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on care plans, safety, and recovery. Support safe discharge planning and continuity of care. Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach while upholding clinical excellence. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license and strong clinical assessment skills. Medication administration competency and sound clinical judgment. Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams. Strong communication and patient/family education skills. Commitment to continuous learning, safety, and quality care.
