Senior Software Engineer (React.js/C#)

Senior Software Engineer Job Responsibilities Build and enhance web applications, with a strong focus on frontend development using React and TypeScript. Develop new features and fixes across the application stack while maintaining a high-quality user experience. Collaborate with engineers, QA, UX, and Product to design, build, test, and release software. Improve application performance, reliability, and usability through thoughtful engineering and testing. Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and participate in code reviews and release processes. Troubleshoot production issues and support critical incidents as needed. Contribute to the Shape Up development process and mentor other engineers through collaboration and knowledge sharing. Qualifications 6+ years of professional experience building web applications. Strong frontend development experience with React, TypeScript, and modern API technologies . Solid understanding of backend development and experience working across the full software stack. Experience with automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. High attention to detail and ability to independently produce high-quality, production-ready code. Experience with technologies such as C#/.NET, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and cloud platforms is a plus.
