We don’t believe culture can be engineered – but when it falls into place, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.   Progress has never felt so present.   Position Overview You’ll build the electrical nervous system of our autonomous trucks — and own the lab it comes out of. As our senior technician, you’ll fabricate high-voltage EV cables, build low-voltage and data harnesses (CAN, automotive Ethernet, coax/FAKRA), rework PCBs alongside the engineers who designed them, and run the electrical lab and wire-harness bench as your own domain — layout, tooling, stock, and standards. Your workmanship goes straight onto prototype vehicles, and your fingerprints will be on every truck we ship.
