# Sales Representative

As a full-service commercial print and direct mail provider, we coordinate highly personalized, data-driven communications for hundreds of clients—spanning higher education, healthcare, government, and non-profit sectors. We are expanding our team and looking for an ambitious, outgoing Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Position Overview As a Sales Representative at MCR, you will be a key driver of our revenue growth and market expansion. In this role, you will identify high-potential prospects, initiate strategic outreach, and turn cold opportunities into long-term client relationships. If you are a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, a relentless work ethic, and a passion for winning, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Drive Prospecting & Outreach: Source new sales opportunities through structured outbound cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and rapid inbound lead follow-up. Qualify & Discover: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs, pain points, and print/mail requirements. Pipeline Management: Research target accounts, map key decision-makers, and maintain a high-volume, organized CRM database of qualified prospects. Client Engagement & Travel: Present MCR’s capabilities and solutions to client groups. Travel approximately 25–30%, including overnight and occasional weekend travel, for industry events and client meetings as needed. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred. Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal, written, active listening, and presentation skills with a strong phone presence. Sales Aptitude: Proven ability to qualify, prioritize, and manage a heavy pipeline of prospects while conducting multi-touch outreach daily. Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable utilizing CRM tools. Core Traits: Exceptional time management, high detail orientation, dependable follow-up, and a results-driven mindset.
