AGENT IN TRAINING – FARMERS INSURANCE

In this role, you’ll drive revenue growth, provide personalized insurance solutions, and help foster a positive, achievement-driven agency culture. We seek strong communicators with a proven sales record and a passion for protecting clients’ assets.
Candidates must have prior sales experience or a proven track record of meeting goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify new prospects and convert leads into policies
• Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend tailored coverage
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support
• Exceed sales targets to support agency growth
• Stay up-to-date on products, underwriting, and compliance
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, renewals, and follow-ups
• Participate in team meetings and strategic sales planning
What We’re Looking For
• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence with outbound calls and closing deals
• Coachable attitude and eagerness to learn
• Well-organized and effective time management skills
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred or willing to obtain)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
