Responsibilities include performing head-to-toe assessments across diverse patient populations, managing pain with appropriate techniques, and developing personalized care plans based on physician orders and patient needs. RNs must communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, patients, and families, responding swiftly to changes in clinical conditions and ensuring patient comfort and safety. Qualifications include current Nevada RN licensure and ACLS & BLS certifications .
