Role Description The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Omaha, NE. The Store Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, supervising service quality, and ensuring efficient opening and closing procedures. This role is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, monitoring product quality, and enforcing cleanliness and safety standards. The Store Manager leads and develops team members through coaching, performance feedback, and training while managing inventory, cash handling, and basic financial performance metrics. The position also includes implementing company policies, supporting marketing initiatives, and upholding Panda Restaurant Group’s values and guest experience standards. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. Effective interpersonal and Communication skills to lead teams, resolve issues, and collaborate with cross-functional partners. Proven Store Management experience, preferably in restaurant or retail environments, including staffing, scheduling, and team leadership. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring for shrinkage, enforcing company policies, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Ability to analyze basic business metrics, manage inventories, and support profit and loss objectives. Experience training, coaching, and developing team members in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or related fields is a plus. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed for store operations.
