In this pivotal role, you'll oversee all aspects of store operations, manage a dedicated team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while driving business success. The ideal candidate will be organized, decisive, and passionate about creating a positive work environment where both employees and customers thrive. Oversee all shift operations and ensure smooth day-to-day business execution Lead, mentor, and develop a team of employees with a supportive and motivational approach Manage financial operations, including cash handling, money management, and budget accountability Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a customer-focused culture throughout the organization Handle customer interactions, answer phones, and take orders with professionalism and efficiency Implement and maintain operational standards, including cleanliness and organization Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve store performance Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns with empathy and transparency Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Manage inventory and stock levels effectively Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds, as needed Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals and drive innovation Required Qualifications: Proven leadership and management experience Strong math and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to manage finances and budgets Customer service excellence and commitment to customer satisfaction Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly Friendly, diligent, and responsible work ethic Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with analytical capabilities Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a management or supervisory role Experience in retail or food service operations Knowledge of inventory management systems Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems Experience with employee performance management and development Certification in management or business administration Track record of driving operational improvements and innovation What are we looking for?
