# Identity Management Consultant

Role Description The Identity Management Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Istanbul. The consultant will implement, and maintain Priviledge Access Management(PAM) and identity and access management (IAM) solutions. Daily tasks include assessing client requirements, configuring and integrating PAM/IAM platforms, and developing workflows and policies for user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance. The role involves collaborating with security, network, and infrastructure teams, producing technical documentation, and providing guidance on best practices for secure identity management. The consultant will also support troubleshooting, performance optimization, and participate in security audits and compliance initiatives. Qualifications Strong foundation in Cybersecurity, Network Security, and Information Security, with practical experience securing enterprise environments. Consulting skills, including requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder communication, and client relationship management. Hands-on experience with Docker/Swarm and Linux platforms. Proficiency in PAM concepts such as role-based access control, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and access governance. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work full time on-site in Istanbul, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly in written and spoken English. Experience with scripting or programming (e.g., Java, Python, PowerShell) and familiarity with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory) is preferred.
