Railroad Field Operations Assistant Manager

Field Operations Manager Locations: Allentown, PA | Candor, NC Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Starting Salary: $100,000/year, with higher salary available depending on experience CDL: Non-CDL position; Class A or B CDL preferred Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Field Operations Manager to oversee and support field teams working on railroad emergency response, derailment recovery, specialty lifting, railcar repair, and track-related projects. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can manage people, make decisions in the field, resolve operational issues, and maintain a strong focus on safety and customer service. The Manager will work closely with Supervisors and field crews and may respond directly to emergency service situations.
