Role Overview This position involves delivering high-quality, efficient patient service in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include greeting and registering patients in the EMR system, verifying demographic and billing information, monitoring waiting areas, and communicating delays. The role requires identifying insurance types and confirming patient coverage eligibility.
