# Marketing Manager

About The Role The role owns integrated marketing programs for a technology portfolio, connecting positioning, content, paid acquisition, and lifecycle campaigns to measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. You will partner with product, sales, design, and revenue operations to reach target audiences across search, social, email, webinars, and landing pages. The role combines hands-on execution with channel strategy, experimentation, and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email, organic search, social media, and content syndication Build campaign briefs, messaging, landing pages, nurture workflows, and launch schedules in collaboration with content, design, and product marketing Manage marketing automation and CRM workflows in HubSpot or Marketo and maintain clean campaign attribution in Salesforce Analyze performance in GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM dashboards, reporting on CAC, conversion rates, MQL quality, pipeline, and revenue contribution Run A/B tests on audience segments, ad creative, email subject lines, landing-page copy, and calls to action Own the editorial and campaign calendar, coordinating freelancers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver assets on schedule Manage channel budgets and vendor relationships, reallocating spend based on performance and presenting recommendations to marketing leadership What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of experience in B2B or B2C technology marketing, with ownership of integrated campaigns and measurable funnel results Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, paid media, and analytics platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and GA4 Strong understanding of demand generation, SEO/SEM, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, and campaign attribution Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn technical product concepts into clear audience-specific messaging Proven project-management skills across multiple concurrent campaigns, deadlines, stakeholders, and external vendors Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Bonus: Experience with account-based marketing, SaaS or developer-focused products, Looker, SQL, webinar platforms, or marketing attribution tools
