BCBA — Help Grow ABA Care Across New Mexico 🌱 $40–$70/hour | Flexible Scheduling | New Mexico At Skill Sprouts ABA, we're building something new in New Mexico — and we're looking for a BCBA who wants to be part of it. We're growing our services to reach children and families across New Mexico, and we're looking for a BCBA who wants more than just another caseload. We want someone who cares about the quality of their clinical work, enjoys building relationships with families and their team, and wants a voice in a growing organization. What You'll Do Conduct behavioral and functional assessments and identify meaningful goals based on each client's strengths, needs, and environment. Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans. Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and ongoing support to RBTs and ABA staff. Review client data, monitor progress, and make data-driven clinical decisions. Provide practical caregiver training and support that families can use in their everyday lives. Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other members of the care team. Support skill development in natural environments, including home, school, and community settings when appropriate. Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to RBTs while helping them grow professionally. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure services are ethical, individualized, and aligned with ABA best practices. Bring your clinical perspective and ideas as we continue building Skill Sprouts throughout New Mexico. What We're Looking For Current BCBA certification through the BACB. New Mexico licensure or the ability to obtain licensure. Master's degree or higher in ABA, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field. Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills. Someone who is comfortable working independently while still valuing collaboration and team support. A family-centered approach and genuine interest in helping children build meaningful, everyday skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Why Join Skill Sprouts? Your clinical voice matters here.
