We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Associate who is creative, analytical, highly organized, and comfortable taking ownership. This role is ideal for someone who can build greater exposure for a preexisting brand while developing the marketing infrastructure, campaigns, reporting, and events needed to support continued growth. What You'll DoBrand Awareness & Digital Marketing Develop and execute strategies to increase awareness of the PM Security Services brand throughout Atlanta and surrounding markets. Manage digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, web, paid campaigns, content, and other relevant channels. Create and coordinate content that strengthens brand positioning and clearly communicates our value proposition. Identify opportunities to increase market exposure, generate qualified leads, and improve campaign performance and ROI. CRM, Sales & Marketing Alignment Work extensively within HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms to support marketing and sales initiatives. Partner directly with sales representatives and sales leadership to develop targeted sales and marketing campaigns. Build segmented prospect and customer campaigns, lead-nurturing workflows, email sequences, and campaign tracking within the CRM. Maintain strong CRM data integrity and help establish a consistent process for measuring marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue. Marketing Analytics & KPIs Partner with sales leadership to establish marketing and sales KPIs and build dashboards that provide leadership visibility into performance. Track metrics such as lead generation, MQLs, lead-to-opportunity conversion, campaign engagement, pipeline influenced, customer acquisition cost, event ROI, and marketing-sourced revenue. Translate marketing activity and CRM data into actionable recommendations that support growth and better business decisions. Conferences, Events & Community Presence Develop an annual conference and trade show attendance strategy, including recommendations on which events PM Security Services should attend, sponsor, or exhibit at. Build and manage conference and event budgets, including registration, sponsorships, booth requirements, collateral, promotional materials, travel considerations, and sales-team participation. Develop pre-event and post-event campaigns designed to generate meetings, opportunities, follow-up activity, and measurable ROI. Take the lead on internal office events, customer events, networking opportunities, and company-sponsored activities. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field OR 10+ years of relevant professional marketing experience. Experience increasing the visibility of an established brand that has significant opportunity for greater market exposure. Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable CRM platforms. Strong digital marketing experience, including email marketing, social media, content, lead generation, and campaign management. Experience working directly with sales teams and sales leadership to create campaigns that contribute to qualified pipeline and revenue. Experience developing marketing KPIs, CRM dashboards, performance reports, conference strategies, trade shows, corporate events, and budgets. Strong project-management, communication, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to take initiatives from strategy through execution.
