THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a SURFACE MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST T32, PDD1254000 and is part of the AZ CSMS, National Guard. This position is located in Phoenix, Arizona with the Combined Surface Maintenance Shop (CSMS). The primary purpose of the work is to analyze and evaluate maintenance operations, production, and procedures; and make recommendations for improvement. This requires practical knowledge of, and skill in applying, principles, concepts, and methods of surface maintenance equipment, facilities, and service operations. Military Grades: Enlisted: E4/SPC/CPL • E9/SGM/CSM Warrant Officer Candidate: WOC Warrant Officer: W1/WO1 • W3/CW3 Compatible Military Assignments: Enlisted: 12, 13, 14, 19, 25, 88, 91, 92, & 94 Series Warrant Officer Candidate: 09W Warrant Officer: 12, 13, 14, 19, 25, 91, 92, 94, & 882A SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must possess at least 1-year specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade that provided experience, education or training applying principles, concepts, and methods of equipment, facility, or service operations sufficient in designing projects or planning assignments. Experience using well-established occupational methods and techniques to determine facility, grounds, equipment overhaul, maintenance, restoration, repair needs, etc. You must provide transcripts or other documentation to support your Educational claims. To receive credit for Education, you must provide documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position.
