You will: Manage 60+ inbound and outbound customer calls daily, assisting with service needs, account questions, billing, scheduling, and problem resolution Listen to customer needs, troubleshoot concerns, and provide solutions with patience, empathy, and professionalism Own customer issues through resolution, ensuring clear communication and timely follow up Coordinate service appointments, route deliveries, and installations across Service, Delivery, and Sales teams Build customer relationships through proactive follow up, collections, and service related outreach Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that meet customer needs Maintain accurate customer records, account updates, and interaction notes Collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience Support billing, reporting, inventory, and other operational needs that keep the customer experience running smoothly Participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen your customer service skills and support long term career growth ABOUT US U.S. Water Culligan Group is one of the largest Culligan franchisees in North America, serving families and businesses with industry-leading water conditioning equipment across 13 locations.
