PRODUCT GROWTH Location: San Francisco (in-person, in-office, full-time ONLY) Compensation: $110K–$160K base + meaningful equity ABOUT VIRIO Virio is building the next-generation B2B GTM stack. Backed by investors and operators from LinkedIn, YouTube, HubSpot, Rippling, and Google, we turn executive-led content into revenue for the fastest-growing B2B companies. We added $1M in ARR in the last 30 days. We are hiring a Product Growth to build the surfaces where growth happens: onboarding, activation, referral loops, and in-product upsell. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Ship onboarding, activation, referral loops, and paywalls end to end. • Own the full stack for growth surfaces, instrumentation included. • Sit with customers and marketing. Build what makes users share and upgrade. • Run activation and monetization experiments. Ship the winners. • Build trials, tiering, and self-serve upsell that drive expansion revenue. • Make growth features feel native, not bolted on. WHO YOU ARE • You have built B2C or consumer-grade products, ideally something viral. • You think like a marketer. You know what makes someone click upgrade. • Full stack: React/TypeScript, a backend, and experimentation tooling. • You measure activation, conversion, retention, and expansion. • High taste for UX. Low ego about what the data says. BONUS POINTS • You have owned a PLG funnel or a self-serve upsell motion. • You have built growth loops or referral systems at consumer scale. • You have worked inside a growth team, not just a product org.
