Full-Time Night Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct resident care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans to promote health and safety. Key responsibilities include conducting health assessments, collaborating with residents, families, and healthcare team members, administering medications, wound care, monitoring vital signs, and managing medical equipment. They coordinate with ancillary services, educate residents and families, offer emotional support, promote wellness, document care, and participate in team meetings. Adherence to infection control protocols and maintaining a safe environment are essential. Qualifications include a valid RN license, CPR, fingerprint clearance, and TB testing. Clinical skills, effective communication, multitasking, regulatory knowledge, and a compassionate demeanor are required. Physical requirements involve working in a healthcare setting, performing physical activities like lifting, standing, bending, and responding to emergencies, with emotional resilience and stamina.
