What You’ll Do: Design, execute, and optimize growth strategies across channels (UA, retention, funnel optimizations, LTV). Manage and scale paid campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, Applovin, TikTok, Unity Ads, Mintegral, etc.. Work hand-in-hand with our creative and product teams to ensure performance and brand work in harmony. Run continuous experiments to uncover new acquisition and engagement drivers. Analyze cohort data, user behavior, and monetization metrics to fine-tune growth loops. Build forecasting models and guide budget allocations with clarity and conviction. Stay two steps ahead of the competition with a deep pulse on market trends and emerging channels. You’re a Great Fit If You: Have 2+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, UA, or a related role — ideally in gaming or mobile apps. Think both strategically and analytically — you can zoom out and optimize the pixels. Monitor KPIs: CPI, ROAS, LTV, ARPU, retention and optimize around them Know your way around data (Excel, SQL, dashboards, even predictive modeling). Love games, and love growing them even more.
