# Full Time Sales Associate

Break Into Technology Sales With Real-World Experience Synergy Sales Inc. is hiring an Entry Level Technology Sales Representative to join our growing team in Dayton. This is an opportunity to build a career in technology sales while developing hands-on experience in customer acquisition, territory management, sales presentations, negotiation, and relationship building. In this role, you’ll work face-to-face with residential customers throughout an assigned local territory, representing technology and telecommunications services. You’ll learn how to identify customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, conduct sales presentations, and manage the customer experience from initial conversation through enrollment. What You’ll Do Represent technology and telecommunications services directly to residential customers Work within a designated local sales territory Build relationships through face-to-face customer conversations Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions Explain pricing, promotions, features, and service options clearly Conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations Answer questions, overcome objections, and close new customer accounts Manage leads and customer interactions throughout the sales process Work toward individual and team sales goals Collaborate with your team to improve sales strategies and territory performance What We’re Looking For We’re looking for people who are motivated to build professional sales experience and aren't afraid of a performance-driven environment. Previous technology sales experience is not required. You may be a strong fit if you have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A competitive, goal-oriented mindset Confidence speaking with new people face-to-face Strong work ethic and self-motivation Ability to stay organized while managing an assigned territory Interest in technology, telecommunications, sales, or business Customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, or leadership experience Reliable transportation for traveling throughout your assigned territory Why Synergy Sales Inc.?
