# Sr Svc Agent/Non-DOT

Job Duties Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education High School Diploma/G.E.D. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills. Preferred Qualifications Pay Transparency: Pay: $21.29 per hour PLUS $2.00 per hour pay premium for all hours worked. Additional Details: Monday
