# Registered Nurse - Trauma Intermediate Care

Northshore Home Health Care

Role: Staff RN in Trauma Intermediate Care unit, night shift Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to high-acuity trauma patients Perform thorough assessments and telemetry monitoring Administer medications promptly and manage wound and post-surgical care Respond quickly to changes in patient status with rapid interventions Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans Educate and support patients and families throughout treatment Qualifications & Skills Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities Experience in trauma or acute care nursing preferred Excellent communication and teamwork skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care Willingness to learn and grow professionally within a dynamic healthcare environment Join this role to enhance trauma nursing skills and positively impact community health in a supportive and inclusive setting.
