Senior E-Billing Specialist Hybrid: Only 2 days per week in-office Base Salary: $80,000–$90,000 Kansas City, MO We’re recruiting for a Senior E-Billing Specialist with a leading and top ranked national law firm. You’ll join an established Kansas City finance team and play a key role in supporting e-billing across North America. Why consider this opportunity? What you’ll do Coordinate e-billing for assigned attorneys and set up clients on electronic billing platforms. Submit and track invoices through client acceptance. Research rejected invoices, resolve submission issues, and coordinate corrections. Manage new timekeeper and rate approvals in client e-billing systems. Partner with billing, collections, attorneys, and clients to keep invoices moving. What we’re looking for At least 3 years of legal billing experience, including hands-on e-billing Experience resolving rejected invoices and working with client billing guidelines Strong Excel and communication skills Elite 3E experience is a plus, but not required
