# Registered Nurse

Seacrest Behavioral Health

Role: Registered Nurse in a Healthcare & Medical Services department Responsibilities Provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop care plans Administer medications and IV therapies Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments Ensure safety protocols and infection control measures Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support diverse patient needs Accurately document in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Participate in quality improvement and innovation initiatives Qualifications & Skills Current licensure as a Registered Nurse Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills Proficiency in medication administration and IV therapy Excellent communication and patient education abilities Ability to collaborate effectively within a team Commitment to safety, infection control, and continuous improvement
