Reporting to the Field Foreman, this role also mentors apprentices, plans and organizes daily work, manages materials, and helps ensure projects are completed efficiently. Candidates with experience in water and wastewater treatment facilities are strongly preferred. The position requires a strong commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork across a variety of industrial and commercial projects.   Essential Job Responsibilities   Have a minimum of 4 years documented work in electrical industrial construction. We are specifically looking for water/wastewater experience.  Supervise a Journeyman and crew up to 6 employees.  Have an excellent understanding of the electrical industry Enjoy being part of a team, providing leadership, and producing high quality electrical workmanship Be highly curious and motivated to continue your education and professional development Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites within a 50-mile radius Required:   High School Diploma or GED required. Current Texas State electrical journeyman license Minimum 4 years documented field work or completing of 4-year electrical apprentice program Excellent understanding of the electrical industry Physical Demands and Work Environment  The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
