Job Description Dedicated Delivery Driver • NON CDL Starting and Ending Location 18300 Vernier Rd Haper Woods, Michigan Operations: Sunday • Saturday 11:45 AM • 10:00 PM 8-10 hours delivery shifts Full time Schedule • 4 days/week All FULL TIME positions require the ability to work 1 weekend day, Saturday or Sunday Part time Schedule 2 • 3 days/week, 10 hours/day Pay & Benefits $21.00/hr, overtime paid over 40 hours Paid Earned Sick Time Healthcare benefits Paid training Company-provided uniforms Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Safety training Quality and Safety bonuses Internal career growth opportunities Duties & Responsibilities Qualifications Driving Safely operate vehicle less than 10,000 GVWR (ram promaster or cutaway box truck) Must adhere to all Michigan State driving laws Must be comfortable driving in a variety of road and weather conditions Daily Operations Drivers must properly scan packages, sort delivery stops into totes and organize all stops with precise accuracy Bend, lift, twist, kneel, stoop, reach, pull and push Must be comfortable using mobile technology for GPS, route delivery execution and other job related functions Lift and carry 50 LBS. on a regular basis Deliver an average of 100 stops per day Walking 15,000 steps daily average Customer Service Provide a positive representation of Post and Parcel INC to our Dedicated Partners Provide a high-quality delivery experience through accuracy and customer communication to our partners and their customers Must be able to read, write and speak English Qualifications Must be 21 years of age Must possess a VALID Class Driver's License Must be willing to submit for a Background check and MVR Must be willing to submit for a 4-panel drug screen Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular, consistent basis Previous delivery experience preferred, not required Comfortable working outdoors, in the elements (snow, wind, rain, heat, humidity) Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
