Key responsibilities of the Project Manager | Commercial Construction include: Lead day-to-day project management activities throughout the construction lifecycle. Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, and financial performance. Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement activities, and contract administration. Partner closely with the Superintendent to ensure schedule, quality, and safety objectives are achieved. Maintain strong relationships with university representatives, architects, consultants, and trade partners. Drive project scheduling efforts and monitor progress against key milestones. Key requirements of the Project Manager | Commercial Construction include: Experience working for an established general contractor. Large-scale commercial, education or industrial work required. B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field position. Strong understanding of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Experience utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction management software.
