Create & maintain a high visibility of business processes, and dependencies for a specific work stream 2. Conduct necessary requirements gathering and analysis leading to the delivery of the high level functional specifications 4. Experienced in Business Process Modelling using Mega 5. Anticipate & suggest organizational / process evolutions based on business requirements 6. Financial services and mortgage industry experience is a plus 7.
