Position Overview We are seeking a skilled HR Generalis with experience in the manufacturing industry to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting our workforce and driving HR initiatives that align with our business objectives. The Human Resources Generalist provides full-cycle HR support with talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, HR systems management, and people analytics. This is a highly visible role in a fast pace business requiring strong communication skills, the ability to build trust with leaders, and the initiative to independently manage responsibilities while proactively seeking opportunities for HR process improvements and strategic contributions. Key Responsibilities 1.Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process for manufacturing roles, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating job offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 2.HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, including personnel files and HRIS updates. Process payroll and ensure accuracy. Manage temporary workforce 3.Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations and company policies. Conduct safety training sessions and promote a culture of safety awareness among employees. 4.Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues. Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner, fostering a positive work environment. 5.Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Assist employees with benefits enrollment and provide guidance on benefit-related inquiries. 6.Training and Development: Coordinate training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of manufacturing employees. Partner with department heads to identify training needs and deliver targeted development initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in HR roles within the high-tech or electronics manufacturing industry preferred. Strong understanding of manufacturing and workforce dynamics. Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
