Business Manager NF-04

This position is located at: Warrior Lanes Bowling Center • Fort Polk, LA. Warrior Lanes is a premier Bowling Center. As part of the Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) Programs, it is dedicated to providing an unforgettable experience for Soldiers, Families and Civilian Community. Warrior Lanes is a state-of-the-art facility featuring 24 bowling lanes all equipped with the BES-X Scoring System with a dine-in snack bar, party packages, and bowling league/tournaments. Manages a large business activity. Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base. Coordinates functions with community, and military representatives. Represents the activity at conferences, to special interest groups and other agencies. Conducts management review of patron programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures. As a second level supervisor reviews the actions of subordinate supervisors Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and mission accomplishments. Reviews financial reports, estimates projected costs, develops activity financial plan. Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity. Resumes must be two pages (or less). A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (i.e. bowling facility) to be managed.
