# RN - Registered Nurse

Join a dedicated nursing team as a Registered Nurse (RN) Seeking qualified RNs for 2nd and 3rd shifts, working every other weekend Responsibilities Include Providing comprehensive care and assistance to residents in a senior living community Promoting resident participation, quality of life, and positive personhood Offering clinical leadership by planning, organizing, managing, and evaluating nursing services Dispensing medications and communicating with physicians, families, and care staff Supervising nursing personnel including LPNs and CNAs Qualifications And Skills Experience in long-term care and senior living environments Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills Passion for providing quality, compassionate care Benefits Include Competitive hourly pay: $39-$43 based on experience Weekend shift differential: $2/hour 3rd shift differential: $1.50/hour Employee assistance program, discounted meals, parking, referral bonuses, and recognition programs Engaging work environment with a supportive team
