# Senior Graphic Designer

What We’re Looking For We're looking for a detail-driven Senior Graphic Designer with 5+ years of print and digital experience and a portfolio of visually compelling work that shows range, precision, and a clear point of view. You know how to capture an authentic brand voice and make it feel real in every piece. You can juggle multiple projects without letting quality slip; you treat feedback as fuel, and you bring ideas – not just execution. You take ownership of your work and genuinely care about getting the details right. What You'll Do Lead Design & Brand Execution Lead design projects from first concept to final delivery, including production-ready files for print vendors and digital platforms. Develop creative concepts and visual strategies for social, email, paid ads, web, billboards, and retail displays. Bring the brand into physical spaces through in-store signage, displays, and retail marketing materials. Create launch assets that drive awareness, trial, and engagement for new products. Protect and evolve the JI visual identity by maintaining brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries. Carry our authentic brand voice into every piece, so our visuals feel as real as our ingredients. Collaborate & Mentor Partner with Brand, Creative, Product, Retail, Affiliate, and Content teams to deliver work that's on-brand, on-brief, and on time. Clarify goals, timelines, and expectations up front, and keep stakeholders informed throughout production. Pitch concepts in campaign brainstorms and strategic planning sessions. Mentor junior designers with feedback and guidance that helps them grow. Turn creative feedback into thoughtful revisions, quickly. Manage the Work Juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a high-output environment without letting quality slip. Prioritize your workload in Asana and flag capacity or timeline risks early. Stay current on design trends, tools, and techniques, and bring fresh thinking to the team. Expert proficiency in Asana, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Deep command of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Solid print production knowledge, including color management, bleeds, and vendor file prep. A sharp eye for detail – you catch what others miss and hold yourself to a high visual standard. Clear, proactive communication – you keep collaborators informed, ask good questions, and stay steady when priorities shift. A growth mindset – you seek out challenges beyond your comfort zone and keep building new skills. A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred. Bonus Points None of these are required, but they'll give you room to grow with us: Motion design or After Effects Product photography or Lightroom Packaging design UI/UX design 3D modeling and rendering Coding Knowledge of the health and wellness industry and familiarity with the Just Ingredients brand and product line How to Apply Submit your resume and a link to your portfolio of print and digital work.
