Job Description: This Business Analyst position focuses on activities on supporting contracts; serves as the subject matter expert and point of contact for information technology contracts and purchasing activities for division projects and operational services. Position Description : This Business Analyst position focuses on activities on supporting contracts; serves as the subject matter expert and point of contact for information technology contracts and purchasing activities for division projects and operational services involving vendor contracts. Responsibilities include: Serves as the division subject matter expert and point of contact for contracts, purchase orders and invoices Serve as the contracts point of contact to the Business & IT Support Services area Provide guidance to team members on the purchasing, contract management processes and request for proposal (RFP) and statement of work (SOW) preparation Assist team members with RFP and SOW creation; Work with Financial Specialist and other leaders to secure funding Ensure contract and purchase order (PO) spend within budget and contract value; Analyze contracts, provide recommendations to Leadership to resolve contract issues Monitor future contract change needs; Prepare invoices for approval; ensure deliverables are met in accordance with contract terms; reports to the division director or designee All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
