ICU Registered Nurse - Full Time Nights

Role: ICU Registered Nurse responsible for providing safe, competent nursing care in a full-time, night shift position with full benefits. Responsibilities Develops and implements individualized care plans based on nursing knowledge, integrating direct and indirect patient care activities. Coordinates interdisciplinary care, creating goals, treatment, and discharge plans tailored to patient and family needs. Performs purposeful hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and anticipate patient needs such as pain management, repositioning, and toileting. Ensures adherence to facility policies, standards, and patient-centered care principles, demonstrating Service Excellence at all times. Qualifications & Skills Current Nevada nursing license. Minimum of one year of critical care nursing experience. Current BLS certification. ACLS certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire. Key Duties: Providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, maintaining safety protocols, and supporting patient and family needs through personalized care plans and proactive communication.
