Ensure all Team Members conduct operations in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure all Team Members areas meet safety requirements. Ensuring the implementation of effective safety and environmental systems for the safety of GMI and transportation personnel, equipment and property; ensuring that all areas of the facility and work areas are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion. Supports in establishing and maintaining work instructions, process procedures and standards for material flow. Supports and controls inventory, storage layout and design Coordinate audits for Team Member Safety, and process Performance, and supervise training of new Team Members. Leading and participating in Kaizen means fostering a bottom-up culture of continuous improvement.
