New Graduate Operations Engineer

Our multinational business partner, operating in the poultry industry, is looking for a " New Graduate Operations Engineer " QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred (Agricultural, Industrial, Food, Chemical Engineering or related disciplines are a plus). Fresh graduates with at least 3 months of internship experience are encouraged to apply. Strong command of English (written and spoken) is required. Eager to build a career in operations within an international production environment. Comfortable working in a field-based environment and collaborating closely with operational teams. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to take initiative. Good command of MS Office applications. JOB DESCRIPTION: Support daily operational activities within the facility and contribute to the smooth execution of production processes. Work closely with operational and blue-collar teams to ensure daily activities are completed efficiently and in line with company standards. Assist in monitoring operational processes and reporting any deviations or improvement opportunities. Support the implementation and follow-up of biosecurity and operational procedures. Participate in planning, coordination, and continuous improvement activities across the facility. Assist in documentation, reporting, and process tracking. Support maintenance coordination, workplace safety practices, and other operational projects as assigned. Receive comprehensive on-the-job training and develop into a key member of the operations management team. TW İnsan Kaynakları Hizmetleri A.Ş.
