Registered Nurse - Float Pool

Role: Full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse in the Central Region Float Pool. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate care plans, provide direct patient care including treatments and medications, and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives. Actively engage in team and organizational goals, patient education, and safety programs. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program. Ability to float between multiple hospital locations. Flexibility to work rotating day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Key Duties: Complete assessments, address holistic patient needs, implement and revise care plans, administer treatments and medications, and participate in decision-making and safety activities. Maintain compliance with policies and contribute to a collaborative, safe, and high-quality care environment.
