Position Summary We are seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and service calls on commercial roofing systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair leaks and roofing system issues Perform routine maintenance and inspections Complete service calls in a timely and professional manner Document work performed and communicate with customers Ensure safety compliance on all job sites Maintain service vehicle, tools, and materials Qualifications 1+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred Some knowledge of roofing systems Ability to work at heights and climbing ladders in all weather conditions Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match Earned Time Off (ETO) Paid Holidays Stable, year-round work
